Capabilities Statement

Double O Plastics, Inc. is a custom plastic injected molding company specializing in low to medium volume production runs (1-5 days) and prototypes, with an emphasis on appearance, function and fit parts. We run a wide array of materials including polycarbonates, nylons, PBTs as well as styrenes and propylenes. We do not run any PVCs.
Our customer list ranges from large to small sole-proprietor companies. Some of our customers include Procter & Gamble, Gillette, and Rauch Industries for whom we manufacture display parts.

History Double O Plastics, Inc. was formed in Randleman, NC in February 1990. In December, 1990, we moved to our present location in Concord, NC and have grown to eight machines and expanded to 25,000 square feet.

Lee G. Orlic- President

Management Lee has been active in the plastics industry both in materials and processing since 1970. He is the founder and principal stockholder in Double O Plastics, Inc. His major duties include: sales, quality control and general administration. Darren Vandermeid - plant manager Darren has 18 year of injection molding experience. He is our general operations manager for production, assembly and tooling.
